Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), may be charged in full or deducted from the client’s program or session package.

Metamorphea reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative appointment.

Subscriptions cannot be paused or temporarily placed on hold.

Sessions must be used within the active billing period. Sessions cannot be postponed to a future billing period due to subscriber unavailability and may be forfeited if no alternative arrangement can be made.

Subscriptions, programs, and packages are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, missed sessions, medical conditions, scheduling conflicts, or any similar reason, except where required by applicable law.
